As I’m sure you know the financial cuts being made by the Government are effecting many charity trusts making it harder to raise money through grants etc. We need to enable our projects at St Francis to grow and develop and so we are launcing a new scheme called ‘Friends of St Francis’.

What is Friend of St Francis?
Someone who would like to support the work we do here, be it our toddler groups, lunch club, youth work, or using the venue for their parties.
By donating £1 per week, or £5 per month (and Gift Aiding the donation if you are a UK taxpayer) this would bring in a regular amount a year – for example.
·
£5 per month is £60 per year – Gift Aid increases that amount by £12 making £72 per year. If just 10 people decide to do this it will mean we gain £520 (£624) per year (on £1 per week) or £600 (£720) per year on £5 per month
·
If we have 50 people the figures are either £2600 (£3120) or £3000 (£3600) per year
·
Or 100 people £5200 (£6240) or £6000 (£7200) per year.

As you can see, a small amount from yourselves can
make a huge difference to us here at St Francis.
We have a form that you need to fill in – you can donate either by standing order from the bank, or by giving us the money each week / month in an envelope. Please be assured that your information will be kept confidential.
Please do consider if you could afford to donate this small amount each month to St Francis. If you would like more information please get in touch with Chris Bacon in the office on 01455 617185.
Thank you for your continued support.
